Shipping policy

All orders are updated with tracking numbers by Australia Post. Once an order has been posted, we are no longer responsible for delayed parcels. Due to Covid and the uncertainty on when a order may arrive, this is beyond our contract. If you do have any problems with your order please do not hesitate to contact me, as I will do my best to rectify the issue.
