Our press ons are all custom made to each individual needs because of the personalisation of the nails unfortunately we do not offer any cancellations, refund & exchanges in accordance to Australian Consumer Law.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect package upon receiving and contact us immediately if there is any issues regarding defective, damaged or didn't receive the correct item and evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipping by Australia Post with tracking numbers. We offer free shipping on order within Australia over $60 AUD. 

Due to COVID-19 shipping delay may happen depending on where you are in the world. We can only give an estimate timeframe on orders, but these are only estimates. I understand it is super exciting waiting for a new set but please be understand as this is something I cannot control.

Within Australia parcels are taking about 3-10 business day depending on where you live. We do offer Express Shipping (Australia only) if your wanting them super quick.

For all order over $150 outside Australia will have free shipping and will also have a tracking number.

 

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once the parcel has been dropped off to Australia Post outlet and tracking number has been updated, GetPressed hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit & delivery to Australia Post. GetPressed Nails takes no responsibility for any lost or missing packages and isn't required to issue a refunds or replace these items.

Please contact Australia Post for any issues with your parcel.
